Service Scope & Customer Acknowledgment
Draft — requires final owner and Arizona legal review before production launch.
Purpose of This Service
Broken Denture Repair provides extraoral laboratory repair services for existing removable dentures and partial dentures submitted by their owners.
The service is limited to repairing the physical appliance outside the customer's mouth. Broken Denture Repair does not provide dental examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical dental treatment, or emergency dental care.
Submitting an appliance does not create a dentist-patient relationship with Broken Denture Repair or its laboratory staff.
Services We May Provide
Subject to physical laboratory inspection, available services may include:
- Repairing a crack or fracture in an existing denture base
- Rejoining separated portions of an existing appliance when the original relationship can be reliably established
- Reattaching or replacing a damaged or missing denture tooth when the work can restore the existing appliance without changing its prescribed design
- Finishing and polishing the area repaired
- Cleaning and refreshing the full appliance when selected
- Adding reinforcement when requested and determined to be technically appropriate
- Other limited bench repairs that remain within the existing physical form and design of the submitted appliance
Every appliance is evaluated individually. Submission and payment do not guarantee that the requested repair can be completed.
Services We Do Not Provide
Broken Denture Repair does not:
- Examine or provide services inside a customer's mouth
- Diagnose oral or dental conditions
- Determine the clinical cause of damage or breakage
- Take impressions or bite registrations
- Fit or seat a denture in a customer's mouth
- Adjust or alter the fit of an appliance
- Reline or rebase a denture
- Alter the tissue-contacting surface
- Create a new denture through this repair service
- Redesign or materially change a prescribed appliance
- Perform oral surgery or any other clinical procedure
- Treat pain, sores, bleeding, swelling, infection, tissue changes, difficulty chewing or swallowing, or other oral-health concerns
- Replace examination or treatment by a licensed dentist
Local drop-off or pickup does not include an oral examination, fitting, chairside adjustment, or treatment. Customers must not place or ask laboratory staff to place an appliance in their mouth at the laboratory.
Website Repair Categories
Repair categories, price estimates, automated questions, and photograph requests are administrative order-processing tools. They organize the customer's requested repair and do not constitute an examination, diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, clinical opinion, or statement about fit or function.
Final repairability, order category, price, material selection, and laboratory feasibility are determined only after the physical appliance is received and inspected.
Physical Inspection and Right to Decline Work
Broken Denture Repair may stop, decline, or return an order when:
- The appliance cannot be reliably restored to its existing relationship
- Pieces are missing, distorted, contaminated, or improperly aligned
- Glue or a previous repair has compromised the repair surfaces
- The requested work would affect fit or the tissue-contacting surface
- A reline, rebase, impression, bite registration, design change, or clinical procedure appears necessary
- The appliance is materially worn, weakened, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested repair
- The request is outside the stated laboratory scope
- The laboratory determines that proceeding would be inappropriate or unsafe
If additional work or a price change is proposed, Broken Denture Repair will request customer approval before proceeding.
Previously Glued or Altered Appliances
Customers must disclose previous glue, home-repair attempts, adjustments, alterations, or work performed by another person or laboratory.
Glue and previous repair attempts can alter alignment, contaminate or damage repair surfaces, reduce repair strength, affect appearance, increase cost, or make professional repair impossible.
Customers should not apply additional glue or force broken pieces together before shipment.
Broken Denture Repair does not guarantee that a previously glued or altered appliance can be repaired.
Customer Representations
By submitting an order, the customer represents that:
- The appliance is an existing removable denture or partial denture submitted for physical repair
- The customer owns the appliance or is legally authorized by its owner to submit it
- Information and photographs provided are accurate to the best of the customer's knowledge
- Previous damage, glue, repair attempts, alterations, and missing pieces have been disclosed
- The customer is requesting repair of the physical appliance only
- The requested service does not knowingly involve impressions, bite registration, fitting, relining, rebasing, alteration of fit, alteration of the tissue-contacting surface, or intraoral work
- The website category is an administrative order category and is not an examination, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan
- The laboratory may decline the requested repair after physical inspection
Materials, Sourcing, and Traceability
Broken Denture Repair uses professional dental-laboratory materials sourced from established dental-product manufacturers or authorized distributors.
Where applicable, materials are selected from products lawfully marketed in the United States for their intended dental-laboratory purpose. Materials are handled, stored, prepared, and used according to available manufacturer labeling, instructions, and applicable laboratory procedures.
Broken Denture Repair maintains purchasing and material-identification records appropriate to the work performed. Available manufacturer, product, shade, batch, lot, and expiration information may be recorded with the case when applicable.
Customers should disclose any known or suspected sensitivity or allergy involving acrylic resin, denture materials, metals, cleaning agents, or other dental products before work begins.
Broken Denture Repair does not diagnose allergies, evaluate material sensitivities, or determine medical suitability. The customer is responsible for disclosing known material sensitivities before authorizing work.
Because Broken Denture Repair did not manufacture the original appliance, its complete material composition, age, prior processing, repair history, and structural condition may be unknown.
An exact material, shade, translucency, texture, or appearance match cannot always be guaranteed.
Repair materials may differ from the original appliance while still being selected for an appropriate laboratory repair.
The laboratory may decline work when the original material cannot be identified, is incompatible with available repair materials, or cannot be repaired reliably.
Broken Denture Repair must not represent that every material or manufacturer is “FDA approved,” “FDA certified,” “legally licensed,” or otherwise government-endorsed unless that exact claim has been independently verified for the specific product and is legally permitted.
